There is still a lot of flour at home. Seeing that the weather is getting hotter day by day, I have to eat it faster, otherwise bugs will grow and it will be wasted.

Pour the boiling water into the flour, stirring as you pour.

After cooling slightly, use your hands to form a dough. Don’t worry if the dough is not very moist when you first start kneading it, it will become smooth after letting it sit for a while.

Chop green onions, add salt and sesame oil and mix well.

Knead the dough evenly and roll it into a large piece, and spread the mixed scallion oil evenly.

Roll it into a roll and score it with a knife.

Roll up from one end.

Use a rolling pin to slowly press into a cake.

Gently place into oiled pan.
