Prepare ingredients: dried radish, pork belly, garlic sprouts, and chili peppers.

Soak the dried radish an hour in advance, wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices, wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections from head to tail, wash and dice the peppers.

Heat the pan, add pork belly and stir-fry until oil is released.

Fry until brown and pour in soy sauce.

Add some garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the dried radish and continue stir-frying for about 6 minutes.

Pour in a little water, stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Add oyster sauce.

Add salt, chicken powder, and a little sugar to enhance the flavor.

Add garlic sprouts.

Pour in the chili flakes, stir-fry evenly, and scoop up.
