Steps

  1. Cut the lean meat into pieces and blanch them in hot water.

  2. Remove the guts and shell of abalone

  3. Wash the scallops with clean water and soak them in pure water (I soaked them overnight)

  4. Bean curd soaked in hair

  5. Put the lean meat, abalone, soaked scallops and scallop water, yuba, and ginger slices into a basin and add 80% of pure water,

  6. Add appropriate water to the pressure cooker, place a steam curtain, and put the prepared soup basin into the pressure cooker

  7. The pressure cooker starts timing 15-20 minutes.
