Add glutinous rice to lotus root, add rock sugar and red dates, cook until soft and glutinous, and drizzle with honey. It’s delicious! This dish is also home-cooked and economical.   1. Ingredients: Glutinous rice needs to be soaked in advance, preferably at least four hours.

  2. Use lotus roots with good shape and big eyes. Peel them and cut off the end.
