Wash all ingredients and set aside for later use.

Tear all the fresh gluten into small strips with your hands, and cut the onions and celery into shreds.

Put more oil in the pot, add star anise peppercorn gluten and stir-fry.

Fry until the gluten changes color and becomes dry, scoop out and set aside.

Add the remaining oil and sauté the onions until fragrant.

Then add gluten, sugar, oyster sauce, salt and light soy sauce - stir-fry.

Add in celery and chopped pepper and stir-fry evenly.
