Overview
Radish is really a good thing. I made this pickled pepper radish today. It is sour, spicy and refreshing, especially appetizing. It is crispy and can also be eaten as a refreshing snack.

Wash the radish, drain it, and cut into long strips. Add a spoonful of salt and layer the radish strips.

Marinate all the radish strips with salt for half an hour.

Pickle the radish strips and drain the water. Let them cool in advance and set aside.

Put the dried radish strips into a container and pour in a spoonful of sugar.

Add garlic, ginger and dried chili.

Pour in the pickled peppers, along with the pickled pepper water.

Pour in white vinegar.

Pour in cold boiled water to cover the radish strips.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.
