Scallop bacon and winter melon in pot
Overview
I bought a lot of dried clam tips. They are dry and they taste delicious when used to make soup. I want to eat winter melon today, because winter melon can benefit water and remove dampness, so it is especially suitable for consumption in this season. Use bacon to add flavor and shell tips to add freshness, and cook a pot of delicious soup to go with rice, including soup and vegetables. It’s a delicious lazy meal

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and slice bacon. Soak the dried clam tips in water until soft. The upper one of the two bowls is dry and the lower one is soaked.
-
Add about 1000 ml of water to the ceramic pot, add bacon, shellfish tips and ginger slices
-
Add pepper to remove fishy smell and enhance freshness
-
Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, until the bacon is tender and the aroma is released
-
Peel the winter melon, but don’t throw away the skin, because it has a very good dehumidification effect, so it should be cooked together with the winter melon
-
Add the winter melon, winter melon peel and soybean sprouts to the pot. Soybean sprouts can make soup taste more fragrant. It’s also more nutritious
-
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then add salt
-
Continue to simmer for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat
-
When serving, add some chives and drizzle with a little sesame oil. I also put some of my own pea sprouts to add some color.
