Curry potatoes
Overview
Potatoes are often used in curry-flavored dishes. The biggest feature of today’s potato curry is that curry powder is used instead of curry sauce. Curry powder has less fat than curry paste, is healthier and tastes good. Since curry is a comprehensive condiment with a special taste, not everyone likes it. Many people are not used to the taste of curry. In fact, if you get used to it, curry-flavored dishes are still very tempting.
