Overview
When I was buying ingredients for donkey meat hot pot, I heard from the seller that donkey meat tastes delicious when fried, so I bought a piece of tendon meat and thought about frying it with the lettuce I had in stock at home. Hey, I didn't expect that the donkey meat slices taste quite tender, and the lettuce is refreshing and crispy, which is a good combination.
