Steamed Dumplings with Pork and Wild Celery
Overview
I went hiking during the May Day holiday. I saw a seller selling wild celery on the roadside, so I bought a pound of it and came back. Make some dumplings and taste the taste of the spring outdoors.

When kneading the dough, don’t knead it too hard

Wash and set aside wild celery

Prepare chopped green onion and minced ginger
