Crispy Tofu
Overview
This crispy tofu is fried in its original flavor and served with dipping sauce, giving it a unique flavor. Tofu is a green and healthy food invented by Liu An, King of Huainan, a Chinese alchemist. It has a history of more than 2,100 years. Tofu is rich in nutrients and is known as plant-based meat. Its protein digestibility is over 90%, which is higher than other soy products except soy milk, so it is widely welcomed. Eating two small pieces of tofu a day can meet a person's daily calcium requirement. Tofu is a tonic, heat-clearing and health-preserving food. Regular consumption can replenish qi, clear away heat and moisturize, promote body fluids and quench thirst, and cleanse the stomach.
