Breakfast soup noodles
Overview
I am used to making breakfast at home, and I always feel that whatever I cook at home is better than what I cook outside, I will only eat something outside if I really don’t have time. It’s not a hassle to make it yourself, it can be cooked in about ten minutes. You can add whatever ingredients you like at will, and your family will be happy and satisfied.

Prepare all the ingredients: rice vermicelli, mushroom meatballs, tomatoes, pork, and enoki mushrooms.

Soak the rice noodles in warm water until soft, slice the fat and lean pork separately, and marinate the lean meat with a little salt, chicken powder, soy sauce, and starch for a while.

Remove the heads from the enoki mushrooms, clean them and pick them up.

Peel and slice tomatoes, wash and cut meatballs.

Heat the pan, add the fat and stir-fry the oil.

Add tomatoes and stir-fry for a while.

Fry until sand comes out.

Add 2 bowls of water and bring to a boil.
