Cabbage with shrimp paste
Overview
The sesame shrimp paste with a particularly high amino acid content is one of my favorite sauces. Even adding some stir-fried vegetables can make the dish more delicious. Hangzhou cabbage is easy to burn and crispy, so it is even more perfect when paired with the sesame shrimp paste!

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the cabbage into small pieces, and chop the green onion and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry chives and ginger.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry for two minutes.

Add sesame shrimp paste and a little sugar and stir well.

Just keep it on high for about two minutes.
