Cold facelift
Overview
At first, I put it on the plate, but because I prepared a lot of food, the plate couldn't fit. Northeastern people still like big pots and bowls, so I later changed to a larger container. This dish was made for my child. I added a little more chili oil. In order to prevent him from feeling spicy when eating it, I added a little green cabbage heart just to reduce the spiciness. You can ignore the few green vegetables on my plate and season them as you like.

This is a facelift I bought ready-made. If you can't buy it, just make it yourself. In fact, the method is very simple. Mix potato flour and water, put it in a flat-bottomed container, and steam it until cooked. This may not be very clear, I will explain it in detail with the picture another day.
-
The purchased facelift needs to be soaked in water.
-
After washing the enoki mushrooms, blanch them in water and set aside.

I peel the shrimp myself, it is easier to buy ready-made ones. This shrimp needs to be boiled first and then fried. I forgot to take a photo while frying. It's actually very simple. Add a little oil to the pan, stir-fry the onion and ginger until fragrant, add a little soy sauce, add the shrimp and stir-fry for a few times, then put it in a bowl and set aside.
-
Then cut the oily skin into shreds, shred the cucumber, and shred the carrots. Then use a plate to neatly place the cucumber shreds, oily skin shreds, carrot shreds, and enoki mushrooms on the plate, with a large ramekin in the middle. Then pour fried shrimps on top.

I put it on the plate at first, but because I had a little too much material, the plate obviously couldn't fit it, so I changed it to a larger container.

After everything is arranged neatly, put two tablespoons of sesame sauce and minced garlic on the top layer. Then add salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix well and it's ready to eat. If you like it sweet, add a little sugar; if you like it spicy, add some chili oil. My family doesn't like sugar, so I don't add it.
