The hand cakes you buy are frozen in the refrigerator for temporary serving. It is very simple. You don’t need to knead the dough. You can take it out and bake it directly in the pot. It is especially suitable for entertaining guests at home temporarily. I always have it at home.
-
Wash and shred the purchased chicken breast, add some cooking wine, light soy sauce, and starch to marinate it. It will taste very fresh and tender.
-
Wash and shred the green peppers, peel and shred the onions.
-
The hand cakes are very thin, so don't defrost them too much. It will be difficult to operate if they are completely thawed. It is just right to take them out three to five minutes in advance.
-
There is no need to add oil to the frying pan. The oil in the hand cake is quite large. Just put it directly into the pan and fry it. It will be cooked when you turn it over. It is very simple, so there is absolutely no failure in baking this cake.
-
Then while the pan is hot, add a little oil, slide in the shredded chicken and stir-fry.
-
When the chicken shreds change color, push them to one side, sauté the onion shreds and green pepper shreds, stir-fry them together evenly, add salt, pepper, and coriander to taste, and remove from the pan.
-
Place the baked hand cakes on a plate and apply the hot sauce that comes with the hand cakes (optional, you don’t need to apply it). Add the shredded chicken that you just fried, roll it up and it’s ready. It’s super simple!

You can cut it open when eating, or pack it in its own packaging bag, which is very convenient to eat with your hands.
