Korean spicy fried squid
Overview
The sauce for this spicy fried squid is basically the sauce for fried rice cakes, but it also tastes great. It is still a dish with high protein, low fat and no salt.

Steps
-
Melt the quick-frozen squid strips, cut the green pepper into diamond-shaped slices (elephant eye slices), cut the onion into flowers, mince the garlic, mince the pear, and cut the small red pepper into rings.
-
Seasoning preparation: one spoonful of chili sauce, one spoonful of light soy sauce, one small spoonful of sesame seeds, a handful, and 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder. Our chili powder is quite spicy, so we only add 1/2. I can eat spicy food. Continue to add chili rings, pear paste, and garlic paste. Then add water and stir until it becomes very thick. Not too watery.
-
Heat the oil (I put very little because I plan to eat the soup later), add the chopped green onions and stir-fry first, then add the squid and then the green chili. Stir fry a few times, it doesn't take too long, the squid will be cooked quickly.
-
Then pour in the sauce you just prepared. Then pause for a while. If there is less water, add some as appropriate, and add some cumin. It only takes 4 or 5 minutes.

After simmering, you can take it out of the pot.
