  7. Bake at the same temperature for another 20 minutes, then remove and insert a meat probe. If it exceeds 170°F, the meat is done.

  8. Unwrap the paper, put the paper on the bottom, and place the meat on the top. Bake for another 6 to 8 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 6 to 8 minutes.
