  3. Add oil to the wok, heat it up and add all the ingredients except the dried chilies. I added some rock sugar for color

  4. When all the ingredients are fragrant, add the lamb and scorpions and stir-fry

  5. Add cooking wine and dark soy sauce, stir-fry until the color is slightly yellow

  6. Add water and bring to a boil

  7. Add dried chili pepper. I have children at home and the chili pepper only enhances the flavor. You can add chili pepper according to your personal preference

  8. First simmer on high heat for 20 minutes, then switch to low heat and simmer until the meat is tender. Add coriander when taking it out of the pot. It tastes delicious😁
