Stir-fried bamboo shoots with sliced meat
Overview
I don’t know how to call this kind of bamboo shoots. The ones sold in the vegetable market seem to be soaked in water. It looks dark and tastes different. I don’t like it anyway, but my dad likes it, so they occasionally buy it for frying. I think it would be more delicious if fried with pork belly, but since I don’t have it at home, I used lean meat to stir-fry it. . .

Wash and slice the lean meat and mix with a little cooking wine, soy sauce and sweet potato powder. Wash and slice the bamboo shoots, and slice the ginger and garlic

Sauté ginger slices in hot oil
