Peel and wash the taro, break off both ends of the cowpea and wash

Cut taro into hob pieces

Put oil in the pot, stir-fry minced garlic over low heat, add taro and stir-fry

Cowpeas cut into sections

Add the cowpeas and stir-fry together, add an appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer until cooked

Add salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce to taste and serve
