Cut tofu into triangles

Slice carrots, mince garlic sprouts, slice pork belly

In a small bowl, put a spoonful of Pixian bean paste, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of vinegar, a little salt, and an appropriate amount of water starch to make a juice and set aside

Put oil in the pot and heat it

Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, set aside

Add pork belly and stir-fry
