Dumplings stuffed with pork and green pepper in thick soup

Put the pork into a meat grinder and grind it into minced meat, mince the chives, add thick soup stock, thirteen spices, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce.

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pot, add peppercorns, aniseed, ginger slices and garlic cloves to the cold oil and stir, then remove them all, pour the hot oil into the meat filling and start stirring to make the meat filling thicken.

Wash the green pepper and mash it in a vegetable blender, squeeze out the water and add it to the meat filling and mix well.

Knead the dough with purified water and let the dough rest for at least 10 minutes before using it.

Roll the dough into long strips and cut into equal-sized pieces with a knife.

Roll it out into a dumpling wrapper that is thin on the edges and thicker in the middle.

Put the filling into the dumpling wrapper and fold it in half, pinch the edges tightly, put the dumpling on one hand, and squeeze hard toward the middle with two thumbs.
