My mother likes watching Korean dramas and Korean food. She just got a new stone pot and wants to make a delicious and simple stone pot bibimbap!

Prepare ingredients, cut cucumber, sausage, carrot into shreds, soak yuba

Blanch carrots

Apply a layer of sesame oil to the bottom of the stone pot

Fry a sunny side up poached egg

Heat the stone pot, put rice in it, cook for a while, then put sausage, cucumber, yuba and carrots

Add the eggs and heat until it squeaks, then turn off the heat

Served with Korean chili sauce, and there will be a delicious layer of crispy rice on the bottom (don’t burn it)
