Wash the frog legs and drain them

Prepare seasonings (green onion slices, ginger slices, garlic slices, dried chili peppers)

Prepare sweet potato flour, eggs and black peppercorns

First dissolve part of the sweet potato starch with a small amount of water, then add salt, cooking wine, egg yolk and precipitated sweet potato starch to the frog legs
