Children's breakfast must be nutritious, and of course it must be quick. Pancakes are such a quick dish, with eggs, dried shrimps, zucchini, and carrots. They are beautiful in color and delicious in taste. They are also nutritionally balanced when paired with a bowl of soy milk or sesame paste.

Add salt, pepper, dried shrimps, light soy sauce, chopped green onion

Cut zucchini and carrots into thin strips
