Custard sauce cake
Overview
I made some custard sauce at home over the weekend, using local eggs brought from home, so the color is very beautiful, golden, smooth and attractive; in addition to filling the puffs, I also made a few small cakes, squeezed them into the cakes and took a bite, the children liked it very much;

Equip yourself with cake making materials and custard sauce

Separate the egg yolk and white from the eggs, stir the egg yolk + corn oil + milk until evenly mixed

Add cake mix

Cut into fine egg yolk batter

Add sugar to the egg whites in two batches and beat

Take half of the egg whites and mix with the egg yolk paste

Add the remaining egg whites and mix evenly to form a fine cake batter

Pour the cake batter into a small mold and bake in an oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes

Cut the fruit into small pieces, squeeze the custard sauce on the cake and put the fruit on top
