Fried pork strips
Overview
My son doesn’t like minced meatballs made from fresh meat, but he likes them when fried into meat strips in an air fryer. It’s more fragrant than fried meatballs and doesn’t taste greasy at all!

Mix all the ingredients and knead the meat until it becomes chewy.

Shape it into strips and put it in the air fryer. I like to use tin foil (occasionally I am too lazy to wash the basket) at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

After 10 minutes, flip it over and continue!

When the time is up, take it out and sprinkle some chopped green onion, you can also sprinkle some Sichuan peppercorns and sea pepper noodles, you can also add some cumin to suit your own taste!
