Beef and Quinoa Fried Rice

I made a beef and quinoa fried rice with quinoa. It is simple and easy to make. It is rich in nutrients and has a unique taste. The finished product is colorful, delicious and full of flavor. It tastes great and super delicious!

Wash the side dishes and set aside the quinoa.

Place the rice and no-rinse quinoa directly into the rice cooker.

Add about 5-6CM of water that is submerged in the rice.

Start button to steam.

Let the steamed rice cool and spread it out. Cut the beef, pineapple and red pepper into small dices, and chop the onions and leeks.

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in beef cubes, add soy sauce and stir-fry.

Pour in the rice and quickly stir-fry evenly.

Add pineapple and red pepper.

Stir-fry for about a minute and add the leeks.

Finally add salt, stir-fry evenly and enjoy the deliciousness.
