Stir-fried Pork Belly, Tofu and Snow Peas
Overview
The tofu is charred on the outside and tender on the inside, the pork belly is fat but not greasy, the snow peas are crisp, beautiful in color and nutritious.

Ingredients: pork belly, tofu, snow peas, garlic, ginger, green onions.

Clean the snow peas, blanch them in boiling water, take them out, and run them through cold boiled water.

Cut the snow peas into sections diagonally with a knife, slice the pork belly, slice the tofu into slices about 0.2 cm thick, mince the ginger, flatten and chop the garlic, and chop the green onions (I forgot to take pictures).

Marinate the pork belly with salt, pepper, starch, and light soy sauce.

Turn on the heat, pour oil into the pot, heat the oil, and fry the tofu in the pot.

When both sides are golden brown, take it out and cut into sections.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add pork belly and fry.

When the pork belly changes color, add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add fried tofu, stir-fry, add salt and pepper powder, stir-fry evenly.

Add snow peas and stir-fry.

Sprinkle in the chopped green onion and turn off the heat.
