Bone broth udon
Overview
Udon itself has no taste. I cooked it with the freshly stewed matsutake, corn and ribs soup. The soup was delicious. My son said it was delicious👍

A bag of udon noodles.

Enoki mushrooms, chives, millet pepper.

Boil appropriate amount of matsutake, corn and ribs soup.

Add udon and enoki mushrooms and bring to a boil.

Season with appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and white pepper and turn off the heat.

Sprinkle with millet pepper and chives and serve in a bowl.
