Sandwich mousse cake
Overview
The Oreos were almost eaten by the brat, the homemade grape jam was hidden in a corner that both of them disliked, and there was still some hawthorn soup. I was going to combine these things to make a mousse cake! The first time I made it😌😌😌, it kept me busy all day!

-
I used Oreos on the bottom floor. The naughty kid almost finished them. The grams were not enough, so I went downstairs to buy some other brands😭😭😭
-
grams of butter. Since this was my first time making it, I used less, so the layer of Oreos was too soft. Remember to put more butter!
-
Just melt the butter in the casserole, turn off the heat and let it cool!
-
While the butter is cooling, it’s time to sandwich the Oreos!
-
I collected 112 grams😪, which is good enough! Haha!
-
Put it in a plastic bag
-
I was afraid of breaking it with the rolling pin, so I found a thick bag😁! Okay sisters, let’s start venting! Knock knock knock! Hit, hit, hit! There is a wall-breaking machine that can break it into powder, but I was too lazy and just used the rough method
-
Mix butter and Oreo powder as the bottom layer. I decided to use a cake layer temporarily, so I would like to give you a suggestion. It is best to use cake as the bottom layer. After all, my bottom layer broke. 😭😭😭. Keep it in the refrigerator! More than half an hour ago! Let it set!
-
grams of gelatine powder, mix with 60 grams of cold water, remember powder:water=1:3, soak first
-
I was about to make a cake, and I was in a hurry. I wanted to satisfy the two of you, so I temporarily added a cake making program! The cake layers used are thin, so the amount used is less. If you feel it is not suitable, you can double the amount. People who are creative in baking can come up with new tricks! 😘Two eggs
-
Forty grams of low-gluten flour
-
60g fine sugar
-
Edible oil 16g
-
Today’s cake uses yogurt and it tastes very good. I use half a 75g bag
-
Egg yolk, egg white separation
-
Add 10 grams of sugar, cooking oil, and yogurt to the egg yolks, and stir evenly!
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix evenly!
-
Whip the egg whites and pour in the fine sugar in three batches!
-
Put the beaten egg white into the mixture just now. I forgot to take a photo and was in a hurry😰. There is less oil in the eight-inch bottom plate. Use a brush to brush it evenly!
-
Pour the egg liquid into the plate, shake off the air bubbles in the plate, and put it in the oven at 160 degrees and preheated for ten minutes! Then heat it up and down to 160 degrees, and it’s done in 20 minutes!
-
When the cake comes out of the oven, shake off the heat inside. The cake has a strong yogurt flavor. Cut it into two pieces! (I was so busy today that I didn’t cut the cake slices yet😭😭😭😭)
-
Put on top of the Oreos, this is the second layer! (Please ignore my cake slice😡)
-
The neglected grape jam at home was taken out to make the third layer of sandwich
-
Heat the gelatine powder soaked in water and stir it into water
-
Crush the grape jam in a food processor (I ended up using a food processor😳)
-
100g whipping cream
-
Whipped cream! Once you have the texture, just make it flow. Don’t apply it too hard!
-
Mix the grape jam, 10 grams of gelatine powder, and light cream!
-
Pour on top of the cake to make the third layer! Just smooth it, then put in the second cake piece (Ignore the photo😂), this is the fourth layer!
-
Mix 300 grams of hawthorn soup (I still made it at home before, the sour and sweet taste is very good), mix it with 10 grams of gelatine powder, pour it on the cake slices, and make the fifth layer, which is the surface layer? Light pink😘
-
Put it in the refrigerator for more than four hours (the white part is the leftover whipping cream from the grape sandwich. I was afraid of wasting it, so I scraped it off and put it inside. You can ignore it)
-
The husband has come back from other places and the children have arrived home. To remove the mold, you can use a hair dryer to heat the surrounding area of the mold and the mold will be released quickly! Does it look okay?

The bottom layer of the Oreos was broken, but they tasted great! High marks, my hard work this day was not in vain! Everyone is free to play! Innovation!
