The zucchini I chose was relatively large, so I added an egg. Normally 2 eggs would be enough.

Slice the zucchini and put it into a plastic bag, then pour in the flour, tighten the bag, shake the zucchini to evenly coat both sides with flour, and set aside.

Stir the eggs with two chopsticks, add an appropriate amount of chopped green onion, a little white pepper, and dip the zucchini with flour on both sides. Dip the zucchini with chopsticks and coat both sides with eggs.

When the pan is hot, add a small amount of olive oil (cooking oil is also acceptable) and fry until golden brown.
