  1. Cut the cabbage core into two-finger length pieces.

  2. Wash and control water and set aside.

  3. Ginger, green onion, red pepper.

  4. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger, green onion, pepper and red pepper until fragrant.
