Stir-fried Chinese cabbage and pickled mustard together, it tastes great😋 slightly spicy, salty and fresh, with a bit of sauerkraut feel.

Cut the cabbage core into two-finger length pieces.

Wash and control water and set aside.

Ginger, green onion, red pepper.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger, green onion, pepper and red pepper until fragrant.

Add the cabbage and a little boiling water.

Stir fry until cooked through.

Appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to taste. (Don’t put too much salt, there’s also mustard later)

Pour in appropriate amount of mustard.

Stir well, turn off heat and serve.
