Peanut Butter Scones
Overview
This scone is crispy on the outside and has the texture of a steamed bun on the inside. Added with sesame and peanut butter, it tastes very delicious and is a good choice for breakfast. With the help of a bread machine, making dough becomes easy. To make this scone, the dough needs to be softer, so the amount of water is a little more than when making steamed buns. During operation, you can sprinkle some flour on the chopping board and rolling pin to prevent sticking.
