Pumpkin Silver Carp Head
Overview
A friend gave me a piece of pumpkin and I made pumpkin porridge twice. The remaining pumpkin was paired with a silver carp head to make pumpkin fish soup. This is a good recipe for people who are obsessed with losing weight - pumpkin can be used as both a meal and a vegetable. When paired with silver carp, it is not only nutritious but also delicious.

Prepare the ingredients

Peel and deseed the pumpkin, wash and cut into large pieces and set aside

Remove the gills and impurities from the silver carp head, wash and drain, and put into the oil pan

Fry both sides thoroughly and serve
