Garlic Zucchini
Overview

Ingredients: zucchini, garlic, red pepper, green onion.

Slice green onions, cut garlic and red pepper into millet shapes.

Wash the zucchini and cut into slices of about 3 mm.

Arrange the sliced zucchini neatly on a plate and sprinkle with chopped garlic and pepper.

Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot, heat the oil and sauté the green onions until fragrant (remove the green onions and discard them).
