Put the digestive biscuits into a plastic bag and mash them.

Add the melted butter to the pounded biscuits, mix well, pour into a mold wrapped in tin foil, flatten with a spoon, and place in the refrigerator.

Beat the strawberries into juice and soak the cherry blossoms in cold water and set aside.

Stir the cream cheese in hot water, add sugar, and stir until it becomes puree. Whip the light cream into the melted cheese. Then pour in the yogurt, add lemon juice, and mix the gelatine powder with water.

Add half of the melted ingredients to the strawberry juice, stir, pour into the mold, and refrigerate.

After the surface has cooled, pour the remaining ingredients, top with cherry blossoms, and refrigerate.

After refrigeration for 3 or 4 hours, the cherry blossom cheesecake is ready.
