Cut the Qianzhang into slices and boil them in salted boiling water, so that the Qianzhang will not become dry and hard when fried

Wash the oyster mushrooms and set aside

Slice carrots, green peppers, ginger and garlic and set aside

Marinate the meat with light soy sauce, rice wine, oil and cornstarch for 10 minutes

Heat the pan with cold oil. Once the oil is hot, sauté the ginger and garlic

Add carrots and stir-fry for about 10 minutes

Pour in the oyster mushrooms and Qianzhang and stir-fry for 1 minute

Pour in the marinated meat and stir-fry until the color turns white

Pour in the chopped green peppers and stir-fry until cooked. Pour in an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and water starch and stir-fry evenly.
