Overview
The first time I came into contact with matcha cake was 5 years ago. At that time, I didn’t know anything about baking. Fortunately, with my persistence and the encouragement of my friends, classmates, and family, I worked out my own method step by step. When I took the cake out of the oven, I felt a little proud. I felt that some things can be successful with persistence and hard work. It is said that matcha cake is a fresh trend in the Western pastry world. The refreshing feeling on the lips and tongue always makes people have endless aftertaste.

Have materials ready for later use.

Add corn oil and milk to the egg yolk part.

Add the flour to the egg yolk part and mix the matcha powder evenly.

Whisk egg whites into stiff peaks.

Add the beaten egg whites into the batter in three batches, stirring from the bottom up.

Pour into paper cups one by one, until eighty percent full.
