A friend came over to our house and cooked this pomfret. Everyone said it tasted really good.

Wash the pomfret and make a few cuts on the fish to make it easier to taste.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in the pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Turn to low heat and fry the fish.

Flip and fry.

Add appropriate amount of water and add braised sauce.

Add cooking wine.

Add salt.

Add the very fresh soy sauce and simmer over medium heat.

Cook until the soup thickens, turn off the heat, add chicken essence and mix thoroughly.
