Prepare washed spinach, yuba, red pepper, and ginger

Cut and set aside.

Heat the cold oil in a pan and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant.

Add spinach, yuba, and red pepper and stir-fry.

After five minutes, add a little salt and oyster sauce and stir-fry.

Take out of the pan after three minutes.
