Add flour to water (add slowly) and knead into dough.

Add chopped green onion, red pepper, edible salt, sesame oil, and knead into a ball with your hands.

Shape into thin cakes.

Heat the pan and pour in cooking oil. After the oil is slightly hot, turn down the heat and fry the scallion pancakes. You need to control the time. The thinner and smaller the pancakes are, the shorter the time will be. It took me 4 minutes to fry one pancake (both sides).

In the last step, use absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil on the scallion pancake.

Arrange on a plate, place a piece of lettuce on the bottom, place the scallion pancake on top, and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion.
