  2. Clean the pomfret, cut the back of the fish with a knife, fry it in a pan until it turns golden brown on both sides and serve it out.

  5. Add the fried pomfret, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar.

  6. Add water and bring to a boil.
