Sweet and crispy peanut cake
Overview
This peanut cake is really fragrant, crispy, melts in the mouth, and comes in one bite. The peanuts are rich in nutritional value. The protein content of peanuts is 25%-30%. Peanut protein contains eight kinds of amino acids necessary for the human body. The arginine content is higher than other nuts, and the biological potency is higher than soybeans. We also recommend that eating a certain amount of peanuts, peanut oil or peanut products every day can not only provide a large amount of protein, fat and energy, but also reduce dietary saturated fat and increase the intake of unsaturated fatty acids, greatly promote the intake of plant protein, dietary fiber, vitamin E, folic acid, potassium, magnesium, zinc, calcium and other nutrients that are beneficial to health, thereby improving the structure and quality of the diet
