  1. Shred lettuce, purple cabbage, cucumber, and cut cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.

  2. Cut the carrots into shreds, heat the pan with cold oil and stir-fry.

  3. Pour into the reserved ingredients, add soy sauce (light soy sauce), vinegar, pepper powder, ginger powder, and salt.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and garlic, whip until fragrant, and add to the reserved ingredients while hot.

  5. Add mustard oil.
