Overview
Wuxi Braised Pork Ribs, referred to as Wuxi Pork Ribs, and outsiders often call it Wuxi Meat Bones. It is one of the three famous local products of Wuxi along with Huishan Clay Figures and Qingshui Oil Gluten. It is also a traditional famous dish of Wuxi local cuisine. It is red in color, crispy and fragrant, moderately sweet and salty, plump but not fat. It has a history of more than a hundred years and is well-known at home and abroad.

Prepare the ingredients

Use gauze to wrap about 10 grams of red yeast rice powder with cumin, bay leaves, cinnamon and star anise

Rinse the ribs, blanch them and set aside
