I have been a little busy this month, and I don’t have time to cook properly. I have some free time today, so I will stew a pot of meat to comfort everyone. Speaking of side dishes for stew, it has to be potatoes. It’s not because it is rich in nutrients. I have a potato lover in my family.

  1. Prepare ingredients.

  2. Wash the pork and cut it into pieces. Don't cut it into small pieces, otherwise it will shrink and become very small.

  9. Fry until the meat turns white, add about a tablespoon of dark soy sauce and a little sugar.

  10. Add enough water, add the seasoning packet, cover and simmer over high heat for twenty-five minutes.
