Stewed Beans and Hazel Mushrooms
Overview
A delicious stew of hazel mushrooms and beans. Dried hazelnut mushrooms are soaked and stewed with tender beans. Stewed slowly over low heat, the dishes are very delicious and fragrant. There is no fish, meat or eggs, but the nutrition is not lost.

Wash the hazelnut mushrooms and soak them in cold water.

Soak hazelnut mushrooms and cut into medium-sized pieces.

Wash the beans and break them into segments.

Heat the oil in a pan, add onions, ginger, and aniseed and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry the beans in the pan.

Stir-fry the hazelnut mushrooms in the pan.

Add soy sauce and fry.

Add sugar and fry.

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water, stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Stew until the ingredients are 90% cooked, add salt and stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and continue simmering, stirring regularly during the process. Turn off the heat when the ingredients are cooked.
