A delicious stew of hazel mushrooms and beans. Dried hazelnut mushrooms are soaked and stewed with tender beans. Stewed slowly over low heat, the dishes are very delicious and fragrant. There is no fish, meat or eggs, but the nutrition is not lost.

  9. Add an appropriate amount of boiling water, stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.

  10. Stew until the ingredients are 90% cooked, add salt and stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and continue simmering, stirring regularly during the process. Turn off the heat when the ingredients are cooked.
