Prepare ingredients. Sift together the flour, baking soda and baking powder, fry the walnuts in a pan, then chop them into pieces and set aside

Mix the sugar, oil, and eggs until evenly mixed, and use a hand mixer to mix into a paste. Note, keep 20g of egg liquid for later use.

After mixing the flour with baking soda and baking powder, sift again, mix into the egg mixture, and mix well with a spatula.

Place oiled paper on the baking sheet, then divide the dough into about 20g pieces and flatten them with your hands.

Garnish with some black sesame seeds, and then evenly brush the egg wash left over onto the top of the prepared pancakes.

Place in the middle rack of the oven and heat up and down to 180 degrees for 12 minutes
