Buy a crucian carp from the supermarket, green onions, ginger, garlic, two green strips, and some chili peppers. Come back and wash it, shred the green onion, shred the ginger, mince the garlic, cut the green strips and Chaotian pepper into dices or small pieces and set aside!

Put a layer of shredded green onions on the plate!

Clean the crucian carp, stuff the fish bubbles into the belly, appropriate amount of shredded green onion, shredded ginger, minced garlic, green strips and Chaotian pepper, then place it on the plate, put some shredded ginger around it, put shredded onion and shredded ginger on top of the fish.

Make the sauce: Pour the minced garlic, green strips, and Chaotian pepper into a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, and chicken essence, and stir evenly. After mixing, remember to taste it and add whatever is missing!

Spread the prepared seasoning evenly on the fish with a spoon. You can also add some to the inside of the fish head. After it is completely covered, steam it in a pot with cold water and high heat for about 10-12 minutes!
